December 2024

As we approach Christmas, we are reminded of the incredible love shown to us through the birth of Jesus Christ. This season celebrates more than just festivity—it invites us to reflect on God’s promise of Emmanuel, “God with us.” In a world where many feel disconnected, especially young adults, this message is more relevant than ever.

August 2024

Unbeknownst to me, tucked away in an unsuspecting city alleyway, was a hidden gem – the heart of The Cardoner Network, Sydney. As we made our way through the iconic red door, we were met with the smiling faces and playful noise of the Cardoner community. It was nice to be welcomed into the lively hub of another charism and witness the passion of fellow engaged young people. Over the Easter break, Neville Williams and I headed to Thailand for the first time in 2 years to visit our various partners and communities. The time away was not only special because it was my first time back since my year living in Thailand in 2019, but it was due to hearing from past teachers, Maliwan (our thai ‘Mum’) and her brother Fr Vinai SJ, about just how much the students and schools miss having our volunteers and how much they cannot wait to have us back…
