The Cardoner Network Ltd (TCN) has been established as an incorporated company limited by guarantee and is a work of the Australian Province of the Society of Jesus (“the Province”).
TCN facilitates a range of projects, services and accommodation, all of which share the same values and principles based on TCN’s mission and vision to accompany young adults.
TCN has been established to provide and enable accompaniment, training and development services in the Catholic and Jesuit tradition to young adults within Australia and overseas, including those who suffer disadvantage and marginalisation. TCN does this in accordance with:
– Applicable church law, including the Constitution and Complementary Norms of the Society of Jesus;
– Policies and Procedures of the Province relating to the operations of its ministries; and
– Statutes on Poverty and Instruction on the Administration of Funds.
The Provincial of the Australian Province of the Society of Jesus has issued a commissioning document to TCN (which we call our Constitution), setting out the terms of its incorporation under Australian law and missioning it to accompany young adults as part of the Society of Jesus in Australia.
