Xavier Jesuit School, Sisophon (XJS)

Located in the northwest in one of the poorest provinces in Cambodia, XJS is home to four education projects: a Community Learning Centre (for remedial and extra tuition for kids from local public schools), a primary school (kindergarten to Grade 6), a secondary school (Grades 7-9); and senior school (Grades 10-12).

Xavier Jesuit School (XJS) was established by the Jesuits in 2015. The foundation of the school was built by Australia’s current Jesuit Provincial Fr. Quyen Vu SJ.

The school has around 700 students all together and 80 teaching staff. Most students are only day students but there are boarding facilities for rural students, with room for 40 to 50 student accommodation.
